Customer Service SUCKS...don't waste your money

I spent $3K and expected great customer service. It all started after my 1st session. The lasers started to break down and they had to call and cancel my sessions until they got them fixed. After several weeks of waiting for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment, I had to call myself. Then I couldn't get the manager (Trish) to call me back, but after 2 weeks she finally called me (after harassing them every other day for her to call me. She finally called and I recieved 3 extra treatments (that was nice.) Just recently I complained to their new manager (Liz) about a tech consistantly burning me with the laser, she keep on making excuses for her and never apologized. She was to call me back on Mon (2 days later), it's now been 2 weeks and I still have not heard from her. I also was going to spend more money and purchase some Obagi(stupid me)and she was to call me back w/a price and she never did. I just feel that if I'm willing to spend that amount of money then I would think that they would just return my call. If I would have known that their customer service was to terrible...I would have spent my money somewhere else.
