The whole point is you have to be fit, proper and qualifed to perform the role you seeking authorisation for. Your education forms a part of that.

Electrolysis is painful. The truth is, electrolysis usually does not cause any discomfort. Modern electrolysis methods have reduced any discomfort to a mere tingling. A topical anesthetic may be used in some cases. SuperStar Smile
