Choosing a laser hair removal clinic
Can anyone tell me what I should look for in a good laser hair removal clinic? There are loads of adverts and it is a bit overwhelming. I don't have any friends who have had laser hair removal so I can't ask for a recommendation from anyone I know. Please help!

Bunny, There are alot of
Bunny,
There are alot of things...
First do they have many certifcations on there wall or listed on there website (See our associations page as an example)
Have they been doing laser hair removal for at least 3-5 years. Do you want someone with only few months experience pointing a high powered laser at your skin?
Do they have a free consultation where they can do test patches on your skin. This way you can see, hear and feel firsthan how your body will react to the laser.
Next do they have dozens of video, audio and written testimonials from there clients on there website (See our testimonials page as an example).
Are they using a FDA approved hair laser? LightSheer Diode Laser like we used is one of only a couple I believe that are FDA approved.
Do they use only sterile gloves, bed clothes, etc.
That's just a good starter list, hope that helps you darling.

Laser hair removal clinics
Dear bunnylove,
I understand how overwhelming it can be choosing a laser hair removal clinic, especially if there are lots to choose from in your area.
Many clinics offer a free consultation, so it is a good idea to avail yourself of this service and see how you feel about each of the clinics. At a minimum you should choose a clinic that has a doctor on call, that is serious about the safety precautions that must be taken when employing lasers for any kind of cosmetic procedure, and that have a good, professional reputation.
Good luck with choosing your laser hair removal clinic!
