will laser affect my tattos?
crazybiker's picture

Hi, I need a little advice. I wanted to know if laser hair removal will affect my tattoos. I have previously had laser hair removal of my chest. I really enjoyed the results and have decided to try it on my neck and back. I have a big tattoo on my back extending to my neck. I have heard that lasers change the color of the tattoos. Should I go ahead with the laser or think of something otherwise?

will electrolysis do?

if you dont want having your laser hair removal treatment go around your tattoo, maybe electrolysis will do the trick..im not sure about this, so you gotta go consult your doctor about it..they know the right solution to your problem..

affect my tattos?

IF they can't see your tattoos, it shouldn't matter. The teeth you can't help so no it don't matter. It would be your personality, resume, and clothes during the interview.

Good God yes, you CAN'T have

Good God yes, you CAN'T have laser hair removal done ON any tattoos! Not unless you want to wreck your tattoos forever. Just have laser techs go around them, we do that for hundreds of clients that have tattoos.

Lasers certainly affect the tattoos especially tatoos containing ferrous pigments. Lasers can also modify the antigenic structure of the pigments used in the tattoos so extreeme care should be taken when considering laser hair removal over the area having tatoos.
