pain during electrolysis

i had 3 sessions of electrolysis but during last session i felt a lot more than the first two sessions my practitioner says it was just my illusion and a psychological effect of being probed nothing else has any one experienced this type of pain is it real or it is my imagination?

I would only say that electrolysis is certainly a painful of procedure. What do u think a needle will be inserted in to your skin repeatedly and you would not experience any pain at all.
If you are experiencing any unusual pain during the procedure you should check out with your electrologist and ask him to use some pain relief medication.
